Old Town Community
The sole low-rise apartment building in the region is Old Town, which is situated in Downtown Dubai. One of the top developers in the area, Emaar Properties, is responsible for its development. The architectural design that was used to construct this region is referred to as “Old.” The region’s construction was finished in 2006. Properties in Old Dubai are very different from those in the nearby Downtown Burj neighborhood. The 35 low-rise structures have traditional Arabian architecture, which is more typical of Dubai’s older communities.
Although the homes in Old Town Dubai have a vintage appearance, the way of living there is very different. It is situated in Downtown Dubai, the most vibrant area of the emirate and appropriately known as “the Centre of now.”
Since it is a pedestrian-friendly region, Souk Al Bahar, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Fountain are all easily accessible on foot from the neighborhood. Additionally, it provides quick access to Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, which is lined with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other amenities so that locals may fully enjoy the neighborhood’s benefits.
