Jumeirah Park Community

Nakheel Properties, a master developer, designed and constructed Jumeirah Park community. It is one of the largest villa communities in Dubai and is located near The Meadows , JLT, and Jumeirah Village Triangle on the map. Construction on the community began in 2006 and was completed in 2013. Over 2,000 villas are available for rent or purchase in the 370-hectare Jumeirah Park, an exclusive residential community.

It is strategically placed directly behind Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) and borders the neighborhoods of Jumeirah Islands and The Meadows. Eco-friendly parks and greenery surround another Nakheel Properties project in this residential area. Luxury villa rentals are a common choice in Jumeirah Park. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Zayed Road are both easily accessible (E311).

With the exception of a few unoccupied residential plots, the community is almost entirely developed. How to Get THERE

There are a few ways to get to the Jumeirah Park community, depending on where you are coming from and how much time you have. If you are coming from the airport, the easiest way is to take a taxi or an Uber. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes. If you are coming from Palm Jumeirah, you can take either a taxi or the RTA Bus. The taxi ride will take about 19 minutes, and. Finally, if you are coming from Kite Beach, you can take either a taxi or Bus. The taxi takes 15 minutes and the bus takes 50 minutes.
