Jumeirah Beach Residence Community
JBR, or Jumeirah Beach Residence, is one of Dubai’s most sought-after communities. One of the busiest communities in Dubai is Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), which is made up of 40 stunning skyscrapers (35 of which are residences and 5 hotels). The Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) is a thriving waterfront community with elegant and stylish homes distributed among six sand-shaded clusters: Murjan, Sadaf, Bahar, Amwaj, Rimal, and Shams. Street artists have artistically decorated the recognizable sand-colored buildings in JBR, giving the area even more charm.
JBR has apartments and hotel rooms that can house roughly 15,000 people. The 6,917 apartments range from 900 square feet (84 square meters) for studios to 5,500 square feet (510 square meters) for penthouses. There are a few famous places, like The Walk and The Beach. Conveniently situated in Dubai Marina’s most sought-after seafront neighborhood. You can access Bluewaters Islands and all of its amenities and attractions from The Beach JBR by using the 265-meter pedestrian bridge.
The ultra-luxurious waterfront complexes in JBR exemplify modern and elegant architecture and are surrounded by first-rate places for dining, shopping, beachside cafes, and entertainment hotspots.

How to Get THERE
Jumeirah Beach is located 26 kilometers from Dubai Airport. When you arrive at the beach directly from the airport, you have a variety of options. The fastest way to get there is to take a cab. You can also take the Metro and take line 88 to the beach if you do not have access to a car. Although the travel will take more than an hour, it will be less expensive and the second-best choice. However, if you are coming from Downtown Dubai then you have the two best choices to reach here. The first is a subway that takes 42 minutes and the second is a cab or car, you will reach here in just 19 minutes.
