Dubailand Community
Dubailand is a sizable area off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road that is quickly becoming one of Dubai’s most well-liked communities. 50 tourist attractions are spread across 26 development projects in the 107-square-mile masterplan. The largest residential developments are the themed environments of Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City, Falcon City of Wonders, and Golf City.
Al Barari, Dubai Sports City, Motor City, Mira, Remraam, Mudon, and The Villas are the most sought-after neighborhoods. In addition to drawing a sizable portion of tourists each year, Dubailand is quite well-liked by locals and tourists due to its inexpensive rents and freehold properties in contrast to upscale neighborhoods like Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai.
The community is a great place for families because of the relatively low traffic, the availability of schools, sports, entertainment, retail options, and cultural hubs. The community’s on-site gyms, swimming pools, and wellness centers are available to those who like to stay physically fit and in good shape. The community will soon be home to the largest public park in the city, which will cover 350 acres of land and be as large as London’s Hyde Park.
