As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible to support, enable, and drive the sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently by compiling and analysing sales and market data. You will support through strategically implemented tools and engagement techniques to enable them to focus more on selling to drive business results. You will also be responsible for assisting in monitoring sales activity through regular spot checks, CRM review and account activity reviews as set up by the Head of department.
In this role, you will work on:
Lead Management:
- Maintain and manage sales databases by taking ownership of documentation.
- Actively research social media, government database, etc. for potential new clients.
- Offer support in maintaining, updating, and editing client’s information.
Business Enablement:
- Support in training, onboarding, and educating new and current sales managers
- Set up methodologies and processes on an ongoing basis.
- Share reporting on sales performance to provide insights in order to streamline the processes.
- Utilise all business tools made available to you, such as Sales CRM, Learning Management System, Product updates etc.
- Keep up to date with real estate industry laws and local industry news, sharing this information with your team and clients as appropriate.
Sales Analyst:
- Review market trends and other sales figures to help our sales team understand the market and provide more recommendations to our potential clients.
- Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data & analyse past data to determine market trends.
- Conduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding market.
- Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data & present findings to the team and management.
- Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams & evaluate metrics and impact.
- Use performance data to pinpoint gaps in knowledge or skills of sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales enabler position
- Experience in e-commerce/classified space/ pricing strategy is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel / SQL with strong capability in quantitative analysis.
- Current knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Writing and presentation abilities.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter and a great team player.
- High standards, highly motivated, and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
